I was at the post office and next to me was a very nice woman who worked as a Rodan + Fields Independent Consultant named Kim Edsall https://kedsall.myrandf.biz/ . After a short conversation about my hobby of doing face painting, she gave me a sample of her product that is for skin care. She informed me that even though the sample does not look like much that I could stretch it out into two so she was right a little goes along way. Although I will say I would have preferred to use it all in one whack because it has such a silky feel, the closest comparison I can find texture wise is it reminds me of my makeup primer. The sample pack came with:
* A lip serum: This came in a small silver capsule, I did not see much difference using this but I did notice that I was not applying Chap Stick as much through the day so it did hydrate my lips.
* A morning face scrub: micro – dermabrasion paste. I enjoyed this; I normally use a clean and clear brand morning scrub with micro beads in it. This was more gentle and left a silky feel to my skin.
*a night renewing serum: this came in a fun little blue capsule and smelled great. I used this after my evening shower; my skin absorbed it in fast.
Overall, I would say that I enjoy this product. I got on the website to check into getting some and can humbly say I will not be using anymore of this product as it is very expensive; however, I am thankful I got the sample and had a chance to try it.. I will attach a picture of her business card in case you feel you too would like to give it a shot.
This lip tint smells amazing, scent fads as it dries. not smudge proof but very resistant. I enjoy that it blends well with other products and does not clump up on brush applicator. This is much less drying than other lip stain that I have tried. The packaging is very creative, just love the word play of the title. Anytime I get asked, what is that lip color, its even a great conversation starter. I will be purchasing more in other shades. Love this product.
Lisa Maxey was the artistic consultant for me. I have admired her for years, she now has her own business making others look as fierce as her. She even did my makeup and hair for our wedding.
Look her up, @minxsalon
I purchased this from Zhiyi.ltd from the Wish app. The lipstick itself is shimmer galore!! The picture does not do this product justice. It is true to tube color....(that is after about three layers of it.) IT is a fast drying product and is not touch proof but is very study and touch resistant. I put his on this morning over a matt lipstick that is not a long last. The color picked up the lipstick base I put down and added a fierce shimmer I wore almost all day at work. It is now 3:30 my lipstick and the Diamond crusher blue tint is gone, however my lips still holding on to some of the shimmer.....this makes me happy. I did some swatches of my other lipstick matt colors. and then only on half applied ONE layer of the Diamond Crusher lipstick. You can easily see how it enhances the color its put on.
I purchased these from Corner Co. ltd on the Wish app. This came with all printing in another language so not able to read instructions I used this as any other blackhead remover I see circulating now. I layered it heavily on my nose (strong fumes made my eyes water at first but it diminishes) the smell is that of a strong tire like rubber so not the best in the respect either. If you have ever played with the liquid balloon toys as a child it came with a tube of liquid rubber and a straw, you would place a bead of the rubber on the end of the tube and blow, it would create a bubble you could touch and play with. The smell reminds me of that. You need to layer it thick, as it dries you can see tiny little bubbles forming (over your pores) while drying…..its itchy…..really itchy and it takes a very long time to fully set. If you try to pull it too soon it is like touching a liquid. You will end up making a mess. So don’t touch it until you see it lifting around the corners on its own as you move your face. Remove it by pulling up, so I start under my nose (get ready for watery eyes…..and say good bye to any fuzz hair you have in this area cause you about to rip it out. ) and lift up and on the outer edges and pull inwards. Do it slow not fast like a Band-Aid. Once removed it will be a very fragile sheet you can inspect and throw away. I recommend a cold cream afterwards to calm the skin if you have sensitive skin this can hurt….a lot. I do think that this product works; however, a little harsh for myself. I personally prefer face masks that wash off not peel off.
I ordered these from Mitt Wholesale LTD Dillon Shop on the Wish app. They came individually wrapped. They feel just like the 50 cent machine sticky hands (but more slimy not sticky) they more suction on your lips. When used my hands to hold it on my face for a few minutes (they did not come with any instructions) I felt that whenever I moved or stretched my lips with a small smile I could feel some tingle, and when I massaged the lip mask around it had a warming effect. I did this after my normal lip exfoliation (which is nothing fancy just a good scrub with a wash cloth after brushing my teeth.) I applied my lipstick like normal. I did notice at that point that my lips did have a smoother texture, some of the deeper creases were filled in a bit and the smaller lines were all smoothed over. I did this at 5:30 A.M, it is now 11:00 and although my lips still feel very soft, the smaller lines in my lips are back so the “plumping” effect is defiantly temporary. I purchased 4. I gifted out 3 to some girlfriends and saved the one for review. I guess if you wanted to make this part of your daily routine you may see some more permanent results; however, I feel you would get the same lasting softness from a good Chap Stick moisturizer.
I purchased some (what I thought was) glow in the dark paint. As you can see in the picture this is advertised as “UV Neon Glow in the dark face paint body paint” 10 ml each you get a set of 7 colors. I will even show you the link where it states redundantly that the product that IT GLOWS…
This product is not a glowing product. It is a BLACK LIGHT REACTIVE product. Very large difference. When I put on the makeup I wanted to be able to turn off the light and take a picture. I had to completely re do my concept (original idea was to do a cover of the library ghost in Ghost busters) when I realized I would have to keep the black light on I improvised a zombie. (I took inspiration from Jeffrey Starr and his trademark lips and pointed jawline and pink hair) The product however disappointingly miss advertised.Which would have let the white stay white and look like bone. But it looks blue cause i Had to leave the black light on it. was light on my skin, did not crack and lasted pretty well.
I may do my first video on the difference of black light reactive and glow in the dark.
In conclusion.......I do not back this product by how it is advertised. But for black light reactive makeup it works very well.
For my one year anniversary with my husband he got me some high pigmented face paint. The Brand is Mehron. We learned of this due to the fact they sponsor the television show Face Off and Skin Wars. We paid $38 for a pallet that comes with 8 colors (that can be replaced and switched) a brush and a mirror that is edge to edge the compact. It is unreal the difference in not only the feel but the amount to product needed to reach full color saturation. I played with the makeup first with an idea that would allow me to dabble a bit in all my colors. I have the Basic and the Pastel pallet and chose to do a pop art theme Frankenstein. I am now a loyal pup to this makeup. It is light feeling and rich in color. No double coating needed as with the cream make up. This is a water activated product so you can choose the saturation by using little water you get more of a paste .Use more and get a thinner feel that can spread easier and cover more skin. When removing first I tried just water, all the color came off except the red left residue added a little soap to my sponge and it came right off…….after using mostly cream makeup and acrylic paint….this is heaven. Not to mention better on my shower drain. I can’t wait to play in it more. What makeups would you like to see?
In summery....I love it.
First off, I want to begin by telling you that I got this pair of contacts for $75 and they came with a free pair of white contacts!!! The packaging was very good!! speed of delivery was amazing. (link at the bottom to the store I got them from) I find I was very scared of them at first obviously due to the size. but surprised by the fact they are easier to insert and remove than a normal pair and don't feel so foreign on my eyes. I searched you tube through the countless tutorial videos people posted and found one to be the most helpful, I will post it too. At one point I was having trouble with telling the "front" from the "back" so I put it in....backwards. and could tell immediately. it was not excruciating pain but uncomfortable compared to the other eye, I pulled it out flipped it and problem solved. The illusion is busted a bit when you look one way or the other too far as you can see in the images below.
