Glowing zombie fun Trying to discover a better medium to get the coverage I want and see on youtube videos all the time I dipped my toes into some cream based glow in the dark paint.
I purchased some (what I thought was) glow in the dark paint. As you can see in the picture this is advertised as “UV Neon Glow in the dark face paint body paint” 10 ml each you get a set of 7 colors. I will even show you the link where it states redundantly that the product that IT GLOWS…
This product is not a glowing product. It is a BLACK LIGHT REACTIVE product. Very large difference. When I put on the makeup I wanted to be able to turn off the light and take a picture. I had to completely re do my concept (original idea was to do a cover of the library ghost in Ghost busters) when I realized I would have to keep the black light on I improvised a zombie. (I took inspiration from Jeffrey Starr and his trademark lips and pointed jawline and pink hair) The product however disappointingly miss advertised.Which would have let the white stay white and look like bone. But it looks blue cause i Had to leave the black light on it. was light on my skin, did not crack and lasted pretty well.
I may do my first video on the difference of black light reactive and glow in the dark.
Thank you for taking the time to follow me. You are what keep starving artist eating. Even if you never buy a drop of paint from me...Just knowing people think they are worth looking at is pretty cool.
